Standard interview questions. Very one way interview process.
Almost all that the CFO asked, he was very formal and I was caught off guard after meeting with two laid back directors. He asked about work outs -- I believe since I was six sigma he wanted Kaizen but I was so nervous from his other questions I didn't give Kaizen.
General questions about background and previous experience
Tell me about a time when you had to manage or work around a resource constraint (e.g. limited time, staff, or budget). How did you prioritise work and ensure delivery?
Is there a difference between being a leader and being a manager?
