What's your personal quality to fit this role
The interview began with an explanation of the role and its responsibilities, followed by questions about my previous experience and how I handle working under pressure. I was also given a tour of the site, which helped me better understand the working environment and day-to-day operations. I was encouraged to ask questions throughout the process, and the conversation felt very open and transparent. It felt like a genuine human interaction rather than a scripted interview. My interviewer, Amy, who is an Assistant Manager from one of the East London sites, was friendly, approachable, and professional. She helped put me at ease, which made me feel much less nervous and allowed me to present myself more confidently.
