Quality of the interview questions varied wildly by interviewer. Two of the interviewers just asked generic "tell me about yourself" kind of affairs with nothing particularly noteworthy. One interviewer asked in-depth technical questions on semiconductor HW design which while interesting, were completely outside the scope of my experience and the relevant responsibilities of the role One interviewer gave me a math quiz, which could have been easily solved had a had a calculator but it involved calculations that I don't remember how to do by hand. It was also not particularly relevant to the role since this was a test development role and not a statistician role. One interviewer who was an engineer on the actual team was the only one who asked relevant technical questions. However, I had to correct him a couple times since it was obvious what answer he was looking for but he had messed up in asking the question.
