Phone screening and HM interview: behavioral, competence-based questions about my past work experience, several questions about company's culture and values. Technical interview: different situations of various issues that might arise in your day-to-day: scheduling conflicts, candidate relocating from one country to another and other similar "what would you do?" questions. I'd say that, if you do not have experience in scheduling and dealing with arranging relocation, it's quite difficult to pass this part. Someone with relevant experience will definitely do a lot better, which significatly lowers your chances to get the job.
