Proceeds responsibility for my own safety and the safety of my team by adhering to HSE requirements.Create a safe working environment by establishing sound HSE work processes and goals, and monitor with performance indicators.Provide the necessary resources, equipment and training to meet and improve HSE performance.Implement corrective actions to address the root cause in order to eliminate reoccurrence if a potential hazard is identified through a near miss or other hazard analysis. Work systematically to understand and manage risk, and maintain stop work policy that establishes the authority for all employees and contractors to stop work they believe to be un-safe.Continually follow the current company system processes and work methods from the reference System.,Develop and maintain competencies as evidenced in company records. Take advantage and seek training to improve self-knowledge and share the knowledge with peers.
