Q: “Can you walk us through how you would handle a situation where a test result falls outside of specification?” This question tested both my understanding of deviation protocols and my ability to think critically under pressure. They wanted to hear how I’d follow SOPs, document the event, escalate appropriately, and contribute to the root cause analysis. It also highlighted how much they value regulatory compliance and attention to detail in ensuring data integrity.
