the day started with a group exercise to test your communication skills. ours was called "ZOOM". basically each applicant was given 6 A4 cards with an image on each. we could not show the cards to one another, but we had to figure out which order they went in

What's your management style? Tell me about a time you were given a task you did that was given back to you because it was incomplete, and what did you do? I don't recall the other 2 but it was about leadership and dealing with conflict. I was asked other questions but those were specific to my experience.
