I was asked if I was actively job searching and nearly immediately the interviewer said I was not as qualified as other applicants. I wasn’t clear why they called me up. It seemed like it could have been a mix up.

Can't remember. None of their questions were difficult to answer. No surprises.

How did you improve process / drive efficiency within your team at your former job?
Had to take a writing test (correcting a poorly written letter). This was a bit insulting, as the position is not entry level, and the test was geared for a general admin.
