M-F 8:30-6/7 and up to 3 Saturdays per month, in which I would have a different day off that week. Sundays would be off barring any emergencies. Asked about sales experience. Discussed salary - base $75-115K DOE. Bonus potential 40-60% depending on performance. Second interview: Microsoft Teams with same recruiter. Asked for specific examples and information: Tell me about your personal life growing up, parents, friends, hobbies, interests. Tell me about your professional path. Give me a specific sales experience. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What has your experience been with a great boss? What would you direct reports say about you, what are you great at and what do you need to improve? Describe a previous job that had a great team culture. Describe a previous job that had a poor team culture.
