I was sent an e-mail asking to complete an assessment and aptitude test without any further information about the position. No pre-interview with the recruiter. They seemed to have missed a step in the interview workflow process.

The VP didn't ask many questions...mainly warned me that insurance companies are not well liked by the general public.
Did not ask too many question, but rather statements you would have to work off of, such as, “Well I see you have all the needed education.”
