Tell me about a project from a PM perspective.
Interview questions focus on your leadership style and project management skills. They are a blend of personal and situational based questions. You are asked to prepare a presentation which helps the IPM team learn more about you. This is presented during the panel interview section. I enjoyed preparing and delivering the presentation.
Why do you believe you're a good fit for IPM?
Classic questions about my experience and the processes applied. Terminology is important. The test was to assess concentration and ability to follow very detail steps; initially for developers but applied to all roles (BA / PM). Maybe not the most appropriate. And it should move a digital solution (paper and pencil was the way in the 80's !!)
What are according to you the qualities expected from a consultant to deal with a project at the client? How do you take feedback ? What could you bring to Avertim ? Give us some examples of your involvement in a company/department development
