When I presented myself in front of Talent Acquisition Manager, I talked about myself and what was asked by the manager. It lasted approximately 5 minutes for each candidate. The HR interview only consists of describing about myself from what was written on CV and application form. The interview lasted for 10-15 minutes each candidate.

what would you do if one of your employees had reached the top of their pay bracket but you still wanted to encourage them to do their best?
All the usual behavioral question question. Be prepare to answer some management questions.

do you have past experience handling conflict?
asking for background and reason for applying for this position, further understanding the interviewee's background and what department wishes to be applied.

why you dont work at your previous internship company? whats your greatest challenge you faced during internship? why would you think its the big challenge?
