Nothing, it was very unoriginal. While there were scripted questions, most of the people asking the technical and detailed questions did not even understand what they meant or why I should be able to answer them. They would ask a question, then explain what is it that they did. The soft questions were the usual "about yourself or experiences"type questions. Much of the focus was generically focused on how I would increase enrollment and program visibility. My background was in distance delivery and program design, so that was the direction of my responses. While they were hooked on the idea, NO-ONE knew enough to even ask follow-up questions.

The head of PM asked me what I would do to prevent that kind of turnover in the future and ensure the success of the PMs on the account moving forward. I asked what the reason(s) were that the PMs hadn't been successful, and the response was, "If we knew that, we could solve the problem ourselves!"
