What is your philosophy as an organizer?
Because the nature of my hiring was not common, there was really no difficult nor unexpected questions. I was already on staff and was offered the position of Head Start Director based on my 14+ years experience with Head Start,excellent leadership skills and knowledge of the Head Start performance standards.
