1. They ask us to give a presentation/seminar about our previous work and projects. The seminar is timed for 45 mins followed by 15 mins for any questions from the panel. 2. Then each member of the panel (I had 5) will have a separate discussion with us for ~45mins. The questions were mainly about the seminar I gave.
