A better way to qualify the aptitude, character, and potential of the candidate for the position being considered might be to ask for detailed accounts of what they consider to be their greatest professional achievements, challenges, and solutions to challenges in those priority activities specific to the position to be filled.
Interview questions were quite typical. Questions about experience, motivation and interest.
