The questions were clever and probing, the group is clearly full of interested, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic people. The questions ranged from my past experiences as they relate to the position and why I am interested in it, where I see myself in a few years, to asking me to do thought experiments and pitch ideas on-the-spot about topics that were partially or directly related to the problems that the team is interested in.
How do you feel about relocating? Questions about specific skill set; do you know how to X, Y, Z. How do you think you'd fit into the culture here?
