They will have you fill out a career profile. So have your job history prepared and be ready to share some insights. Since I'm about 23 years into my career with several leadership positions with 3 companies....it took some time, in my case. As far as specific questions, there are no 'gotchas' to be concerned about. Expect to be candid about your successes and challenges, because they will likely ask questions around 'what did you learn'. They have good follow-up questions. So be be prepared to communicate 'what you learned', how you would handle it differently...etc. Again, of all of the interviews I have done this by far was the most in depth and professional.
