I was asked to describe my experience in Oil and Gas as well as my experience/exposure to Midstream (since my background is in E&P). How would I describe myself in 3 words? What is my biggest strength? That is my biggest weakness? How would others I have worked with describe me in one word?

First they asked the standard "tell us about yourself" question. Probably best to rehearse your "elevator speech" and point out the notable things about your experience/personality. Then they asked questions about my experience that I had listed on my resume. They followed up with more questions based on my initial answers. Very behavioral type questions, but I did have opportunities to get more technical with my responses so I went ahead and did. They seemed to enjoy it.
