The interviewer asked about my interest in the organization, the specific position, and my past professional experiences related to the specific position (i.e. interacting with UHWNI, handling a fast-paced, high-volume workload, etc.).
They used behavior based interview questions- google that technique and prepare!
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
This was back in October 2021, so I can't recall, but all of the 4 separate parts (screening, second interview, panel interview, and then CEO interview) were all solid, good relevant questions, and sincere human connections.
More of an informal chat followed by a three hour task and then if you get through that you might get an interview.
