A creative problem - If you are a pizza delivery person and you had a pair of scissors, how would you use it? My 2 cents on these questions: Before the first round of interview with HR, I had to clear a rather difficult SHL test, which tested my logical, analytical and numerical abilities. I do not understand why I was asked a math problem again in the interview. I also do not understand how one question can determine if I am creative or not.

If you have to organize a training session, how would you approach it? Walk me through the exact steps you would take.
