The final stage interview included a case study assignment for which I was given 3 days notice to prepare for. Within the interview I was given 20 minutes to present my answers to the case study. A Q& A session followed.

I was asked questions like: 1. What types of programs have I rolled out at other companies? 2. How do I work with people across different departments? 3. Why was I looking for a new opportunity? 4. What did I know about Mulberry? (this is a question that all applications should know how to answer, no matter what company you're applying for.) 5. How would I apply my skills and experiences at Mulberry? 6. Some questions specific to developing and rolling out a new hire orientation program. I felt prepared and had really great conversations with all of my interviewers, and was grew more excited to about the opportunity to join Mulberry after each interview.
