Why would you be a good fit for the role?
In the first interview, I was asked questions about my profile, interests and expectations. In the second interview, I was asked technical questions (that would be normal during a work day). I was also asked about the salary expectations and availability to start.
How did you hear about RILA?
Presentation on delivering customer service for an apprenticeship partner.

While I understand that business decisions can change, the lack of clear communication from the beginning of the process led to unnecessary frustration. It felt like time and effort were not respected, both on my side and for the role itself. I would advise Qantev to be more transparent with candidates about the status of positions and to provide clearer expectations upfront, rather than prolonging the process. On a positive note, the people I interacted with were professional and courteous, and I believe Qantev has the potential to be a great company to work for—if they can improve their internal processes and respect candidates' time.
