She asked me different question related to my experience and how I would handle some situations, tasks...but a strange surprising question was the one related to stress. I was asked whether I was able to work under very stressful conditions, because in their department, people work more that in the other departments from there and the situation was always stressful. I know it is important to be able to face stressful situations, but I do not find appropriate to tell me that there I would be working all the time under stress and I must be very strong. This is how you advertise your position?
