Typical work related questions. That why is what drives you to make all the sales calls to set appointments. I told them my why was my kids. Every time I make a dial I used the fact that I had buy milk for my newborn.
What do you know about the position?
The questions were fairly basic regarding my sales history. The thing that was quite upsetting was I felt all 3 interviews went quite well, yet after the in person, I never heard back. I have made multiple attempts to follow up with where I am in the process but the person I have been dealing with refuses to follow up with me. Incredibly unprofessional and speaks volumes about how this company operates. Actually quite glad I wasn't offered the position because ghosting on a candidate that goes through 3 interviews is a total joke.
The sales manger didn't ask me any probing questions. She seemed to do all the talking.
