During the final round interview, the other team members also drilled in wanting to know about specific metrics/ KPIs I would use to measure success and they wanted me to use hard numbers rather than qualitative indicators.

Each interviewer was prepared and clearly read my resume beforehand. Their questions were mostly about my experience and types of clients I handled in the past. I did have 1 interviewer that was a little harder with questions but luckily I was prepared.
