There was a panel of 4 management employees conducting the interview.I was told the interview would be STAR questions. During the initial portion of the interview many STAR questions were asked. Then, it was announced they would begin the STAR questions. There were situational questions about how I handled retracting a written directive and a situation where something was wrong that had to be made right and about 6 other questions. It was difficult to answer the questions after about 5 minutes because one of the people doing the interview was yawning and actually nodding off during the majority of the interview. Needless to say this was unnerving and did not elicit a good interview.
