A lot of behavioral, common, and trick questions: -What is your management philosophy? -Three most important characteristic of a good manager? -What mistakes do managers often make? -What are your strengths? -Name a time you've made your work more efficient? -Have you ever received critism you agreed with and what were they? -Have you ever received critism that you didn't agree with and what were they? (Trick question) -A time you've made a difficult decision and he steps you took making it. -Name a time you found out how to do something that no one else did. (This question was ridiculous and I don't know how he expects anyone not to bs this one on spot) -What makes you stand out from other candidates/What can you bring to the table?
