The most unexpected task in the video interview was when I was emailed a set of intentionally incomplete instructions to make a paper airplane. I was supposed to make it during the video conference to see if I was able to solve it on my own, or ask questions etc.
Questions centered around experience working in a team, collaboration, risk management, dealing with conflict etc.
Tell me a time when you solved a problem in Excel
Was I married?
Explain a time when you had to deal with conflict while leading a team
All based on my prior experience and how would I use them at that location
When would you be able to start?
What will you do if you been offered a job

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
