They have contacted me twice in 1 year regarding the same position. I have performed 5 interviews with a case study last year and I have even met the Parisian team. I have performed one interview with them this year. We had a second interview planned that their manager was supposed to reschedule for health reasons, and I’m still waiting since then (2 months ago). In each process, they have promised to come back to me but they never did and I had to push them several times. The promise was never accomplished, and their answer is always the same: "job on hold we will contact you." Please stop wasting my time and the time of other candidates. As I said, I like Bolt as a project and I was excited about the possibility of working with them. However, the way they manage their hiring process is chaotic and in no way will motivate candidates to join them.
