Textbook BS that they probably Googled before the interview - "Can you tell me a time where you had to "put out a fire" and how you handled it? "What are your strengths and what are your weaknesses?" That should tell you the kind of unintelligence this place employs. Can't even come up with actual intelligent questions on your own..? I was asked these dumb questions by all interviewers. Pathetic.
