The questions were as to be expected. The phone interview was typical questions such as why Swedish? Why (insert specialty here)? Can you commit to working two years for Swedish? etc. The in-person peer interview questions looked for specific examples of situations where you had to adapt, lead, etc.

Give an example of time when you went out of your way to put yourself in a challenging situation.
