Since I cane from a different logistics company they asked me about my knowledge
The process is not fair. In both instances I was by far the most qualified candidate. After being rejected they do not provide any reason.,in my case I'm left to ponder age discrimination at 55 it appears that this is the only explanation. In the Cat position (multiple hiring) at least 3 applicants had zero cat experience and two had no Claims experience at all. Very sad that a company called Liberty discriminates and is not held accountable.

She didn't ask difficult questions it was more the interrogation of why I left my previous company. It was as if she was made I left.
