What is diversity and is it important in the work place?
All the questions were pretty easy. They ask about diversity. Make sure you have a good response for that.
Not exactly difficult but know what "diversity" means and be able to explain it in your own words.
The determining factor on whether or not you will get the job is based on your look. The company is really superficial and will hire airheads with good looks and turn down smart people that don't have the look. After a while my location had to meet a hiring quota and started hiring both ugly and pretty people. The pretty people got more hours, of course.
