The questions were basically the same in both interviews (I suppose they do this to make sure the story you told the first time checks out). I memorized all of the questions, and here they are so that you can prepare yourself... - What is an example of a situation where you had to adapt with very little information? - When is a time you were taken out of your comfort zone? - When have you had to get other people at work or school on board with a new idea on how to do things? - When have you been faced with conflicting priorities, and how did you end up dealing with it? - Have you ever had a coworker with an opposing viewpoint? How did you deal with this? - How did you manage a member of a group you have worked in who was underperforming? - When is a time that you did better on something than you thought you had done, and how did you know that this was the case? - When is a time that you didn't do as well as you thought you should have or made a significant mistake, and how did you reflect on this? There are obviously no right answers, but you need no prior knowledge for this interview. Perhaps a good self-review of what scenarios match these answers would be good so that you're not caught off guard, but as long as you can demonstrate the experience and maturity that makes you suited to the position, there is no wrong way to go about this interview?
