The textbook usual garbage that they probably Googled because there was no unique questions pertaining to the actual company and how I would be a fit for the position. I really don't think these people know how to interview.

This person would work closely with our Eastern US and Canada accounts, so they would preferably start at 7 am PST instead of 9 am. Being a customer service manager, there would also be occasions where this person may have to be on calls or dealing with client issues earlier or later than the usual working hours (given the time zone differences) - in other words, flexibility is essential.
