What kind of hourly rate am I looking for?
I recall being asked how I handled stressful or challenging situations.
Basic questions, they send you to do a test where you are place in situations and you must answer on video (recording) so they evaluate your answer after. There is no feedback and well it fet bias as you have no feedback
one thing was unexpected: a bilingual written exam, translating medical words from french to english and vice versa; and translating e-mails/texts from both languages. I don't mind doing it, but heads up would have been nice from the HR especially if you haven't been speaking a certain language for a while.
