The questions were mostly related to the job description you applied for. In my case, it was a bit unfortunate, however, because they asked questions which were not related to the job description at all. They asked me about how to grow their social media presence, which was never mentioned anywhere in the job description, so naturally, I was not prepared for something so far off. But other than that, the whole process was a positive experience.
They basically hire most due to the "McDonald's" type of treatment. "An employee comes a dime a dozen."
