- All fairly easy questions by friendly staff, but was ghosted by the recruiter after spending at least 8 hours of either interviewing and/or prep work. I feel like I may have dodged a bullet on this one and am THANKFUL that interview process took over (2) months to be completely ghosted at the end. If you're talking to the hiring manager for 3.5 hours, team for 2.0 hours, and recruiter for 2+ months follow up with that individual! 1. Why are you interested in Regal Beloit? 2. How would you schedule a production area that is over capacity? 3. Name a time that you've delivered a difficult message that you didn't necessarily agree with. 4. How would you plan production, if a forecast wasn't provided by a customer? 5. Standard diversity and inclusion questions.
