Il colloquio si struttura con delle domande generali sui propri interessi, esperienza e il motivo della candidatura. Poi viene chiesto di spiegare il core business dell'azienda. Vengono poi fatte delle domande su come altre persone (Amici, parenti) descriverebbero il candidato, quali qualità gli attribuiscono. Successivamente vengono proposti dei case practice. Il primo riguarda la situazione dell'azienda che si ritrova con uno stock-out di magazzino costante ogni 3 mesi per tre determinati prodotti, viene chiesto quindi quali step eseguire per analizzare e risolvere il problema. Successivamente mi è stato richiesto di descrivere come gestisco delle situazioni di conflitto nel team anche in riferimento a esperienze passate. Infine, mi è stato domandato di descrivere i 3 step principali da percorrere quando ci sono delle divergenze di obiettivi tra function aziendali connesse tra loro.
