She asked me to sell to her on the spot. It was a little awkward but now i understand why it was important at the time. they want to see how you think on your feet and if you have the skills or personality for the position!

None. The first interview was a joke. The questions were textbook management variety such as "what qualities do you think we are looking for in a person to fill this position?" I was already suspicious of the job and therefore distinguished myself in no way, but was still called back and told I was a "top candidate" The most "unexpected" part was when I was asked to use my own gas money to drive to a distant Sams club for the second "hands on interview," at which point I declined to continue the process.
There were no difficult questions really. There were very few questions and they were par for the course.
