After offer, Senior Recruiter was confrontational that I did not state my visa status and stated she could not access SmartR pre-qualification questions - both of which I have stated my visa requirements. She then spoke with HR, and reverted saying I was not transparent about my visa needs. Anyone interviewing here (that has a visa) beware - make sure that the recruiter you speak with specifically notes down that you do need a Visa and specifically which. My recruiter claimed her notes did not have it, even though she has specific notes from a script I have only to elaborate on my visa status.
Questions were a blend of technical and tactical.
