The assessment had various tests and questions focussing on data visualiziation, interpretation, and knowledge of statistical methods.
Most questions were pretty standard strengths, weaknesses, accomplishments, etc. There was a desire for more some more technical depth in survey analysis (such as cross-tabs), yet overall it wasn't extremely difficult.

Former experiences, why did I leave former jobs, why did I decide to be on the company I was then, what would make me leave my current job. I also presented a case I worked with formerly. On one occasion, they said I might be asked to make a case study they would purpose, based on a client's real demand, but I have never received this.
