Each interviewer asked about my background basics, showing a lack of communication between them on their part. They asked about how to improve the company, what management styles I preferred, and even some more personal questions. Fairly straightforward and easy questions, just very tedious to have to repeat myself constantly instead of getting into more details about the role.

The interviewer emphasised the lack of relevant experience despite seeing my CV beforehand so most questions were related to my current experience and my life outside work. When I asked what made them stay in the company this long the answer was that it hasn't been that long in a defensive manner and that people in the company are great which didn't sound convincing.
During the interview process, you will be asked to analyze some IRI information and put together a Power Point presentation based on your analysis. This process is used to flush out junior and under-qualified candidates.
