They drilled me on my previous experience as it relates to the job. More specifically in handling employee relations, workers compensation and full cycle recruiting. A lot of emphasis is placed on personality & IQ assessments and you are judged and held responsible to its results.
They didn’t ask about what I accomplished or did. Not a very organized interview. From the beginning I knew they weren’t interested.
