Manager Human Resources Interview Questions

The interview questions were all based on my resume and the types of Projects I have worked on. They also asked why would you like to work for NFP and what were your greatest achievements. During my second interview I had to put together a Project Plan, and I had only 20 to 30 minutes to do it.. Not a easy thing to do at all, Basically it's impossible with the necessary info all PMs need..I suggest you stick with the Basic 5 knowledge areas of PMP and just drill down processes as much as you can.

At the end of my interview the Recruiter said I'm going to tell you the reasons/opinions why I think you aren't qualified for this position, then I'm going to give you the opportunity to tell me why you think I'm wrong. This was an extremely difficult thing to respond to because A) the Recruiter is telling you all the things they think are wrong with you and why you won't be able to do the job which can be uncomfortable and B) because it's based upon this interviewers opinions and personal experiences not facts. You don't know the interviewer well enough to know what you can say to definitely persuade them and you have absolutely no time to think about your response because they expect an answer right away.
