All basic questions.. what would you do in this situations, how would you handle this?

What would your manager have to say about your performance?
None of the questions were exceptionally hard -- they were pretty straight forward. That isn't to say that they were easy either -- they did require thought.
most of the question were very generic HR questions. About work experience, managing people, biggest problem etc.
