The questions were mostly standard interview questions. The interviewers asked questions that were relevant to the role and my background. They didn't ask me to just repeat my resume, but instead asked questions that were specific to the resume detail I provided, which tells me that they actually read it. Some gave me encouragement when my answers resonated with what they were looking for in a candidate which was nice. The discussion felt more like a conversation than a Q&A, which was comforting and I believe demonstrates the team culture.
