The questions were more organic and fluid. Mostly focused on how was my leadership style and how comfortable I was about translating data to non-data savvy senior members of the company
Mostly I responded to the needs the interviewer was talking about, suggesting ways to solve the challenges they had. Not a very structured standard interview.
