They make the company look great and talk about all these opportunities for professional growth. They told me I could start as a Trainee and then go into HR or Marketing but in reality the only thing I did was rent out cars for 50+ hours a week. I wish I hadn't believed their empty promises, I was later told that's what they tell everyone.
